John moved from New Jersey to Nashville in 1992 to
attend Belmont University where he majored in Marketing
and Music Business. Following graduation, he spent three
years with one of the most successful artist management
and booking firms in the country music business.
From there, John moved into the corporate world where
he pursued his passion for motorsports. John gained
valuable experience in sales and marketing with a leading
global tire company. He spent 10 years traveling throughout
the U.S. and internationally, including two trips to
Japan.
John is thrilled to now serve and educate the people
of his local community in Middle Tennessee as a real
estate professional. Buying and selling a home is a
significant event in life and John is able to navigate
this process to ensure a smooth, worry-free transaction.
John has been a resident of Middle Tennessee for 17
years and has lived in the Belmont area, Nippers Corner,
Columbia, Hermitage and Franklin. In addition, he is
knowledgeable of other communities including Brentwood,
Bellevue, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Fairview, Nolensville
and Leipers Fork.

He offers an undeniable level of dedication and passion
which allows his clients to work through the buying

To excel at the highest level of his profession, John
constantly reads, researches and participates in a variety
of training opportunities. He studies the local market
and has built key relationships with lenders, title
companies, inspectors, appraisers and others who can
generate a seamless real estate transaction for everyone
involved.
When he is not working with clients, John spends time
with his wife, Jennifer and two children, Brooke and
Will. John is an avid motorsports enthusiast, enjoys
many genres of music, reading, golf, snow skiing, running
and biking. He is also a member of Hillsboro Church
of Christ.
